After experiencing heartbreak, job loss, or significant disappointment, we're often encouraged to "move on." While well-intentioned, this advice often overlooks the truth that healing is a journey—one that takes time to transform wounds into wisdom. The encouraging news is that as we heal, each moment offers fresh opportunities to move forward, grow, and create new beginnings. This previously aired episode feels especially timely for the moment—tune in for an inspiring take on finding hope and renewal.

Most of us don’t realize that the decisions we make each day aren’t guarantees; they’re more about probability or possibility than certainty. While this might initially make us feel stressed, this realization is actually the key to our freedom. If we truly accept that we can’t control everything, then neither people nor situations can control us either. Listen to this podcast to discover how letting go of our need for control—and the control others have over us—can open us up to embracing uncertainty and all its limitless possibilities. We can make decisions guided by the wisdom we have, trusting it’s for our highest good, and access the infinite potential of an unknown future!

In this episode, I share my latest article, "What Happens If Your Candidate Doesn't Win? How We Can All Move Forward," featured in Maria Shriver's Sunday Paper. I explore the six principles of uncertainty and why not knowing the future is actually a good thing. Uncertainty is always our ally if we want our lives to change or to improve the lives of our community and the world. Listen to this podcast to hear the article and discover why the Maybe Mindset is a tool for everyone in the United States and around the world. Life has Maybe, and never give up hope —the future depends on it!

Letting go of the past can be incredibly tough, especially when we’re faced with moments we wish hadn’t happened or find hard to accept. This hit home for me just last week when my almost 92-year-old dad took a fall on cement. During those first few hours in the hospital, I found myself caught in a cycle of resistance, replaying it all in my mind, wondering what we could have done to prevent it—essentially arguing with reality. My lack of presence wasn’t helping my dad or the situation.
In this episode, I share a process to help you embrace your current circumstances (even if you don’t like them), stay present, practice gratitude, and lean into uncertainty as your ally—especially during challenging times. Tune in to discover how this approach can bring clarity of thought, reduce stress, and add more ease and hope to your life.

The world often makes us feel that the key to solving our problems and getting ahead is to speed up and push forward. However, we rarely take enough time to be fully present with our challenges. We often act in haste, driven by fear or discomfort with uncertainty, reacting without a clear plan. But when we can slow down and allow ourselves to be in the moment, we open up to where the situation is leading us, bringing greater clarity of thought and opening the door to new possibilities and opportunities. Listen to this podcast to learn how we can slow down, embrace the moment, and unlock new possibilities for growth. Ironically, slowing down is often the faster path to success.

Life frequently confronts us with circumstances that might appear unfair. We may encounter letdowns, such as not securing a job we were well-suited for, enduring heartbreak from a breakup, or feeling helpless in the face of societal issues we passionately believe need change. Nevertheless, amid these challenging moments, hope and resilience can be discovered. This podcast aims to provide inspiration, encouraging us to persevere and pursue what truly holds significance in our lives, even when faced with formidable obstacles or setbacks. I’ve had an incredible few months—delivering a TEDx talk, launching my book, and publishing articles in a major online outlet. But then, everything slowed down last week. Book sales dipped, no interviews were scheduled for that week, and I grappled with the emptiness in front of me. Instead of embracing the stillness, I resisted it—until I remembered that everything happens in this empty space, uncertainty is my greatest ally, and endless possibilities are born from it. Tune in for the full story on how I reconnected with joy and the power of Maybe, and find inspiration to keep your dreams alive, not by grasping, but by allowing life’s beautiful new possibilities to unfold.
