Rick William is a multi-modality coach, meditation teacher and somatic therapist.His journey arcs from high school dropout, to bodybuilding champ, to successful entrepreneur, to stepping up and claiming his life’s purpose - supporting men to live powerful, fulfilling lives. 


Rick exited his first company at 25, a fitness company that served over 200,000 members, and embarked on a journey across the world to understand what it takes to create true fulfillment beyond simple surface “success”. Committed to building a life that felt successful, instead of just looking it, he spent the last 10 years exploring, training, and teaching across the most transformative disciplines available.


Today, Rick channels his expertise into helping high-performing men —business owners, artists, investors, and coaches—achieve peak purpose, expression, and freedom. He synthesizes the best of Behavioral Psychology, Attachment Theory, Nervous System Training, Plant Medicine and Buddhist Contemplative Practice to support men to evolve into their full potential.


Rick lives in Costa Rica with his wife Mia, working with men worldwide to forge the lives they truly want.
