Last year, in a move that shocked the tennis world, Ash Barty retired from tennis while she was the number one seed. Fans everywhere were confused when the 25 year old announced she'd be stepping away from the sport - just months after winning her third grand slam.
Fast forward to January 2023, Ash & her husband have announced they are expecting a baby. Leading to speculation that this must be the reason for her retirement. Because of course, no woman can have that level of commitment to her job and a family. No woman can 'have it all'. But what does that even mean?
In this episode of The Quicky, we take a look at what it means to have it all in 2023.
