As difficult as it may be for us; the reality is that this simple act has the power to transform our relationships and enhance our recoveries and lives as a result. We reveal why asking for help is SO difficult; and there are concrete and universal reasons this is so; as well as why asking for help is so vital to a meaningful and lasting recovery.
