Medical Doctor, carnivore, and author Dr. Paul Saladino is one of the most impressive men I’ve ever podcasted with. For two and a half hours he recited (from recall) all of the scientific evidence why certain types of meat are the absolute healthiest food on earth. If there was a problem with his diet, it certainly isn’t a lack of mental performance! You may not think you agree with what he has to say, but I would challenge you to listen to this podcast before you make up your mind. I certainly learned a lot on this show.
