Members of our teams (or families) can get side tracked from the actual problem. Members of the families can be so focused on trying to be right and not allowing other members to play their role that it creates more problems than the ones that are already there. And we all know that there are already going to be problems in a family without trying, so why create more problems if we can help it? In this episode we talk about moms wanting everyone to clean 😂, everyone in the family having different goals and roles, keeping our end goals in mind, what happens when we lose sight of what we really really really want, and how stay amused as opposed to getting frustrated.
