Welcome to this week’s Purely Being meditation! Today, we’re using the Emotional Freedom Technique also known as EFT or "tapping" as a way to awaken more bodily pleasure in the present moment. 💖
There are five rounds of tapping, the first two will help you to allow where you are and how you’re feeling right now 🙏🏻 and the second three are created to open more pleasure in your body. 🥰

There are two ways you can do this meditation:
1. Sitting somewhere comfortable and quiet with your eyes closed OR
2. Sitting in front of a mirror with your eyes OPEN (for the tapping portion) looking directly into your own eyes as you speak. This will help you anchor the experience more deeply in your identity 💎
I recommend speaking the affirmations out loud, of course, if that’s not accessible to you, repeating them silently in your own mind is powerful too.
