Welcome to this weekâs Purely Being meditation! Today, weâre using the Emotional Freedom Technique also known as EFT or "tapping" as a way to awaken more bodily pleasure in the present moment. đ
There are five rounds of tapping, the first two will help you to allow where you are and how youâre feeling right now đđť and the second three are created to open more pleasure in your body. đĽ°

There are two ways you can do this meditation:
1. Sitting somewhere comfortable and quiet with your eyes closed ORÂ
2. Sitting in front of a mirror with your eyes OPEN (for the tapping portion) looking directly into your own eyes as you speak. This will help you anchor the experience more deeply in your identity đ
I recommend speaking the affirmations out loud, of course, if thatâs not accessible to you, repeating them silently in your own mind is powerful too.
1st tapping sequence (honouring where you are): 6:25Â
2nd tapping sequence (opening to pleasure): 11:20
