Today's awkward time interview is super special, not only because it's a message I think EVERYONE needs to hear right now (during the sometimes slower season in summer), but with someone I've had the pleasure of working closely with over the last seven months.

Shay Gottsacker is a fat loss coach who's been building her brand and business since 2018. In this episode we talk about the beginning years in her business; the seemingly "slow years" that built such a strong foundation for her now multiple six figure business.

We talk about how in the beginning stages it felt like pulling teeth to get people to pay attention to her content. Whereas today, having built an established brand and super engaged audience of 24,000, she most recently had her best launch yet…bringing in almost 80 clients into her signature group program.

Shay has created a multiple six figure program that allows her to serve more people at the level she wants, while still having ample time for her awesome hubby and future family.

This is one of the most "realistic" interviews I've ever had, and one I really encourage you to bookmark when times get tough. This industry likes to paint a picture of overnight successes and run a rhetoric of six figures in six months.
