It's so easy to compare your life and business to everyone's highlight reels on social media - we always promised to keep it real on here, with this being the main motivator of us starting the BTB podcast 7 years ago.

We are here to empower and support other women building businesses and leading teams - so we wanted to peel back the curtains now we are back from our Christmas Holidays to share the duality that went down behind the scenes in 2024.

This week we got to have a conversation that is close to our hearts both as mothers and women in business, with our dear friend Katrina Stark. Katrina has been a woman in our lives that we have not only been inspired by in business but parenthood, and have constantly turned to for advice, guidance and mentoring on parenting and child care options.

We are so excited to have the social media expert and the founder of Pink Sparrow Social - Anneke Odendaal on the show this week.

Aside from-the tittle, mother and wife, her students call her the Reels Queen. Anneke grew her Instagram following from 1k to 100k in less than 3 months just using Reels and no paid ads.
