About Daniel Gartenberg aka Dr. Snooze
Dr. Dan Gartenberg (aka Dr. Snooze) is the Founder of SleepSpace. He has a PhD in applied psychology and is a scientific advisor to CPAP.com, MDbiowellness, and Kunasan. After learning about the importance of sleep in college, he was dealing with his own sleep challenges and became fascinated by the potential of sleep improvement. Over the course of his sleep journey, he delved deep into the world of sleep and has invented many novel solutions, such as a smart alarm clocks that awakens you in light sleep, sunrise wake ups with smart light, deep sleep stimulation with sound-waves, and a proven program to help with falling asleep that is based on cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia.
