Ronan revealed his breakfast radio survival trick was plunging his face in a bowl of ice water every morning at 5am because seven years of early mornings made him look 60, Melanie's touring Australia for the first time as a solo artist in November hitting the Enmore Theatre, and Ricki had a full fangirl meltdown admitting she learned every Spice Girls dance move from the Live in Istanbul concert.
