Osher's journey in sobriety started just a few weeks before his birthday - a birthday that was destined to take place in Las Vegas. Not ideal. But what happened there, and what he learnt in the process, was life changing.

There is no bigger issue this election than climate change. And who we put into power today will make a crucial difference tomorrow.
That's the clear message from Amanda McKenzie, co-founder and CEO of the Climate Council - Australia's leading organisation for independent climate research and advocacy.
In this conversation with Osher, Amanda compares the track records of previous governments' climate action, discusses the option of nuclear, clearly states what's at stake, gives a hopeful vision of the future, and lets us know the questions we all should be asking heading into this election.

One of the first jokes that Andrew Hamilton came up with was about the night his house was raided. Later, while making himself laugh at his own reviews of the food he was being served in prison, he thought maybe he should finally actually try following his dream of stand up comedy. So far it's turned out a whole better than dealing drugs.
In this wide-ranging chat with Osher, Andrew shares the many things he experienced in prison, and provides a profound example of making a dramatic change in your life's direction.

What does misremembering the life of a political figure, or the colour of a Star Wars character, or whether or not Osher handed out roses, have anything to do with the way you handle your most important relationships?
Almost certainly more than you think, promise.
And you're about to find out why - as well as learn some ways to let go of some of the unhelpful lenses you might have on your reality.

Are you aware of the tricks that political messaging uses to manipulate your emotions? Or your attention? Or to simply dodge the hard questions?
Here, Osher breaks down the most commonly seen examples - with the hope that being able to recognise them will keep you more calm in the lead up to the coming election, and steer you to better discussions, better information and a vote you feel better about.
Plus, once you know them, you'll see that these mental and logical manipulations don’t solely appear in political campaigning either...

There’s a good reason this is Heggie’s third time on the podcast - and no, it’s not because he’s Osher’s long-time mate and he loves jumping in his sauna. Well it’s not just that, anyway.
Heggie shares his thoughts on a range of topics - from what ‘hard work’ really means, advice on simply going for things, the trends he’s seeing (and not loving) in the scene at the moment, and how to think about and approach masculinity today.

Safe to say the first few weeks of shooting Dancing with the Stars has been a lot.
In this episode, a tired, sore, yet thoughtful Osher gives an exclusive peek into his experiences on the floor of the reality show (which doesn't hit our screens for months yet), detailing the mental tool that is a saviour in stressful circumstances, why having clarity around what success looks like is essential, and everything we can gain from saying yes to challenging things

Imagine that suddenly you thought you were going to die. More than that, imagine you thought you actually had. And yet, you wake up, and here you are.
How would that experience change how you live out the rest of your days?
Dr Matt Morgan has witnessed this situation and heard the answer to that question many, many times - as a medical doctor of over twenty years, most of those spent in the ICU. He has collected the most profound stories and lessons from those people he has known who have had near-death experiences in his latest book A Second Act: What Nearly Dying Teaches Us About Really Living.
In this chat with Osher, he reveals the most valuable things he's learned, how they've changed his life, what he thinks is really going on during a near death experience and more.
