Most of us have a negative association with the idea of discipline. It brings up feelings of restriction and punishment. When we can flip this association and begin to realize that self discipline is the key to our freedom, we tap into the power to change our lives for the better, for the long haul.

Do you notice patterns repeating themselves in your relationship or across multiple relationships? Your attachment style is probably at play!
In this episode, we provide a basic introduction into the theory of the 4 different attachment styles which serve as the filters by which we uniquely view, relate, and respond to not just romantic relationships, but those with friends, family, and co-workers.
By taking the time to identify and work with healing our own unique attachment style, we can set ourselves up for relationships that are more fulfilling, peaceful, intimate, and lasting.

In this episode, we dive deep into a concept that we've all heard of a million times, but can certainly feel elusive, abstract, and hard to grasp.
Inspired by the work of Dr. Kristin Neff, Phd., we share tangible ways to enhance your level of self-love through the art of self-compassion. Then, we share a large list of effective, yet simple strategies for showing yourself some love on a regular basis.
The level of love we receive from and are capable of giving to others is a direct reflection of the love we have for ourselves. If you want to experience more fulfilling, compassionate relationships and abundance in all areas of life, learning your own unique self-love language is an important first step.
Please excuse a very slight decrease in audio quality for this episode! We'll be back to our standard quality very soon!
