In today’s Friday Bonus episode, we have Katie Boyack, whose story I believe many will relate to. Her life changed during the pandemic in ways she didn’t expect, and it made her feel out of control. After joining MACROS101 in September of 2020, she learned more about this idea of control and how stepping out of her comfort zone would help her reach new levels of personal development. I think you’ll learn a lot from Katie’s story as she shares it with us today. So, let’s jump in.

Back on the podcast today I have two of my very favorite people in the whole world: Natalie Dulaney and Heidi Bollard. We talked specifically about what our pregnancy and motherhood experiences were like, and what they taught us. Our experiences have all been completely different, and yours will be as well, and that’s 100% ok! So, let's get into it.

I truly believe that what you’re able to create in life is directly proportional to your ability to set and achieve goals. As you listen to this episode, my hope is that you start to understand why this is, and how you can improve upon this complicated relationship. I’ll be reviewing my 2021 goals at the end of this episode, and sharing which ones I did or didn’t hit, before sharing what my goals are for the New Year. So, let’s get into it!
