Most podcast interviews suck. That's because most hosts have no idea how to get quality information and stories from their guests.
I can help you.
I've done hundreds of radio and podcast interviews. And over the next month, I'm going to be releasing a series of episodes called "Podcast Interviewing School." In this series, I'll be going over common (and not-so-common) situations you may find yourself in when doing a podcast interview as well as what to do when they happen.

Last month, Jen Briney from Congressional Dish came to Nashville to talk at Podfecta.
We taped everything to give to attendees. But because you've been so supportive of this podcast, I'd like you to have these recordings too.
They won't be up long. Get them now before they disappear.

If you go on Facebook, Twitter, or other social media and ask for a feedback on your podcast, you're likely to get one (or both) of the following.
1. Comments from people who have no idea what they're talking about.
2. Comments from people who are your friends and won't tell you the truth.
Fortunately for you, Dave Jackson from School Of Podcasting will give you an honest review of your podcast.

Yesterday, I checked out a "vocal training" iPhone app called Astound. On today's episode, I take a look at what's behind the paywall, specifically a series of exercises designed for people who want to improve their voices for the purpose of recording them.
And I'm not stopping there... One of the options available for subscribers is a 21-day, "three-week streak" option. I've decided to start this and will report back in three weeks.
