Angela is a married, working mom in her late 30s who has struggled with dieting, compulsion to follow all the food "rules," and other food, body, and exercise related strongholds.

Kim is a happily married and retired woman in her early 60s who has tried all the diets, all the plans, and has battled body and food-related struggles including Binge Eating Disorder for decades.

Both women started working with Heather at the end of 2020 and both are experiencing new freedom with food and with their bodies--freedom they never even realized was possible.
