As we near the end of the year, many of us take inventory of our year and I provide the following questions as journal prompts to help guide your reflections. They are:

• In what ways have you grown this year? 
• What lessons have you learned?
• In what ways have you impressed yourself?
• In what ways have you let yourself down?
