Today, we're going to turn the tables a bit here at Help[H]er and have someone else handle the interview for our Safe to Hope podcast. The idea for this podcast materialized when several of the Help[H]er board members asked Help[H]er Executive Director Dr. Ann Maree Goudzwaard to be interviewed so that she could introduce the audience more fully to the Help[Her] ministry with details of what they do. 

• Here are Ann Maree’s favorite memoirs: The Glass Castle, Educated, Unbroken, All the Light We Cannot See, All My Knotted-Up Life, and an autoethnographic account, No Love in War.
• Ann Maree received her trauma training from Dr. Heather Evans and Dr. Phil Monroe at the Global Trauma Recovery Institute, and her advocacy training from Called to Peace.
• She mentioned the beautiful hymn by Wendell Kimbrough, Eternal Weight of Glory.
•  And she referred to Question 109 of the Westminster Larger Catechism.
