Hi Community.

A lot is always happening...within us as individuals, in our communities, workplaces, in the world and some of these things can be the reason why we struggle to feel motivated or to even feel hopeful. Or why we struggle to see that it is just a season that will eventually come to an end. Sometimes it is even hard to find any motivation or see the light at the end of the tunnel. In those moments the one thing we can do for ourselves is to just be kind...just be kind to yourself. Show your self that extra love, be compassionate towards yourself. Be extra patient with yourself and remember that it comes to an end eventually and things do get better, even if it is a little bit at a time.
