Too many women are walking out of doctor's offices with prescriptions for antidepressants without ever getting a full hormone panel. While medication absolutely has its place, I'm asking a different question: What if your hormones are part of the real story?

We're talking about how estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone affect your mood, sleep, energy, motivation, brain fog, and anxiety - especially during perimenopause and menopause. I also share my own experience with hormone changes, why I believe so many women are being misdiagnosed, and the lifestyle habits that can help support your hormones before we even get into treatment options.
