Dr. Martin Katz is originally from South Africa and has practiced medicine in Virginia for over 20 years. He is passionate about helping patients embrace life and pursue health.

Dr. Katz is double board certified in sports and family medicine, a co-founder of a successful supplement company, a locally and nationally sought after physician, and medical director of NICA mountain bike racing in Virginia.

Alison Morgan holds a degree in agriculture from the University of Reading and a postgraduate degree in global development. She has enjoyed 40 years working with arable and livestock farmers, in agricultural research, farm advisory work, and farming, food and environment policy roles. She has also worked overseas with farmers and pastoral herders in Central Asia and the Middle East.

Anita Tagore has a degree in medicine from the University of Cambridge. She is a former GP and recently completed a master’s degree in food and human nutrition. Anita has spent the last five years researching and writing about the benefits of animal-based foods.

Harmony Bright began experiencing symptoms of schizophrenia in adolescence and was officially diagnosed at 32. She has spent the last four years transforming her mental and physical health. After losing 137 pounds through a low-carb diet with exercise and intermittent fasting, she discovered that being in ketosis also helped alleviate symptoms of her schizophrenia.

Now 48, and a proud mother of two, Harmony is passionate about raising awareness of metabolic therapies that she believes are safer and more effective than "drug-only" treatments. Beyond her health journey, she enjoys home improvement projects and gardening, thriving on turning visions into reality and helping others transform their spaces.

Louisette Blikkenhorst is the founder of the Ketogeen Instituut Nederland, otherwise known as the Ketogenic Institute of the Netherlands! Louisette is the first trainer to offer Dutch-language educational programs on Ketogenic Metabolic Therapy.

Steven T. started a social media journey in April of 2023 with a YouTube channel featuring himself and his 8-year-old daughter, both using a ketogenic diet for mental health.
