Takeaways

Childhood exposure to alcohol can have a significant impact on a person's relationship with alcohol later in life. Alcohol abuse can lead to self-destructive behavior and a loss of identity. Finding support and community can be crucial in overcoming alcohol addiction. Replacing unhealthy habits with healthier alternatives, such as exercise and mindfulness, can help in maintaining sobriety. Our purpose should be to pursue deep, meaningful, connective lives.
