Paige is a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and certified life coach. Paige is passionate about helping her clients reconnect, and in some cases, connect for the first time, back to their body and soul. Paige loves to create a safe and powerful breathwork experience through her music and her voice to guide the breather into spaces and places within that may have felt off limits. By connecting the breather back to their body, the transformations that occur within the session are magic. Paige reminds her clients that they are their own magic, and their breath is their most powerful ally. Paige also incorporates coaching into the sessions with the breathers permission allowing the breather to understand how their thoughts, emotions and actions are all connected. Paige found breathwork in 2023 as she was doing deeper work on herself to sort through her own traumas and life long patterns around food and weight. Incorporating breathwork was the important piece of the puzzle that allowed Paige to go deeper at her own pace to bring her back to her Self.
