Fenella Langridge is an absolute comedian on her social media. Bringing a whole new energy to triathlon, Haley, and Alyssa invite Fenella onto the show to discuss her outlook on the sport - and of course, her recent races.

Coming in 8th at the world championships in St. George, and 2nd at Challenge Roth - Fenella in undeniably making a name for herself in the Pro Women's field. After a DNF at the PTO Canadian Open in July, and unfortunately, another at the recent PTO US Open, Fenella is suspecting long covid as the culprit. We are wishing Fenella a fast recovery and hoping that long covid doesn't last too long, and she can have a great race in Kona.
