Bryony is an award-winning journalist, author and mental health campaigner. She is the writer of five Sunday Times Bestselling books, including No Such Thing As Normal, Mad Girl and Glorious Rock Bottom,. Her podcast, Mad World, has featured guests including Prince Harry, Mel B, and Nadiya Hussain. In 2016, she founded Mental Health Mates, a peer support group that is now established across the country. She lives in south London, with her husband and daughter.
