Global fitness coach/influencer and author Joe Wicks (aka @thebodycoach 4M followers) became a social media phenomenon when the U.K. entered its first lockdown in March of 2020. He launched his YouTube series "PE with Joe" and more than 900,000 families tuned in around the world to work out with him on the very first day. On Day 2, over 955,000 families took part together and Joe broke the world record for the largest streamed workout on YouTube. It wasn't long before he was invited to Buckingham Palace and honored by the Queen for his incredible work making the world a fitter, healthier and happier place.
