Kimberlee shares how she mad a move to a city where she didn't know anyone, and still built up an incredibly successful real estate business. She shares how she had events once a month at a local brewery to connect with people, and she committed to doing them for 6 months. She kept track of all her numbers, including how many people came vs how many registered, and how many people who came converted to clients. She was then able to decide how many events she needed to do each year to get the desired number of sales each year. Dana and Linda discuss how this approach could be super useful at any location that you enjoy being at, and how useful it is for predicting your business.
