Over 4 years ago Ferdinand Beck A.K.A Vegainstrength stumbled across plant-based nutrition and it changed his life for the better. Not only has he gotten rid of his acne and gained over 20kg of solid muscle mass but it also opened his eyes to the fact that a plant-based lifestyle is not only healthier but is also doing the animals and our environment a tremendous favor.
