📝 I had such a wonderful response to the most recent episodes about how to get on top of your health and fitness goals, but at the same time, I've noticed tonnes of content online that gives the impression that making lifestyle changes is really quite easy and just involves stopping doing one thing and starting doing another. And, in many cases, it involves doing all these things at one.

I thought I'd poke fun at this a bit (let's see if it backfires) and hopefully engage some new listeners/viewers who might benefit from hearing a different, less idealistic but hopefully more helpful approach.
