I’ve had a lot of requests to hear more from this very special guest today. He is my partner in business and my partner in life.  He’s an Aquarius, a Manifesting Generator, a man of many talents and interests, my husband, Michael Poon.  

In this episode, Mike and I sit down for a chat to talk about some of the dynamics involved in running a business together.  Mike shares his side of the journey giving up his full time job to be a stay at home dad and his ongoing dedication to Own Your Hustle.

Being a true Manifesting Generator, Mike always has a hobby going on in the background.  He’s always vlogging something!  Today we talk about the time I freaked out about a business breakup, worrying that Mike would leave our business for one of his own.  You’ll hear a bit about Mike’s new business (and don’t worry - he’s not leaving us!) and why I had to tell him I was feeling insecure.

We talk about the importance of recognition, understanding each other’s way of working and why the simple gesture of buying your wife a coffee should never be underestimated.  We also chat about how Mike has been excited to get more into the coaching side of the business and how he’s been working with other men to help them support their partners as they scale their businesses.
