In his youth, Michael was diagnosed with testicular cancer and underwent surgery. Later he was diagnosed with a cancerous tumour below his heart. He underwent chemotherapy but many years later was diagnosed with mastocytosis, a rare disease that is characterized by an abnormal accumulation of mast cells on the skin, bone marrow and internal organs along with a drop in blood pressure which results in attacks that, at times, leave him unconscious. Michael joins us from England to tell us his fascinating story and how cannabis has helped him and his 92 year old father.

When she was flossing her teeth one night, her gums started bleeding and didn't stop. Charlene from Minnesota decided to drive to the hospital the next morning. Doctors were shocked she even made it and said if she had waited a day or two longer she would be dead. She was diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia and underwent extensive chemotherapy. Six months later she needed open heart surgery. After recovering, she ended up with leukemia again. Three different oncologists said she had days, weeks or months to live. But Charlene found cannabis and it has given her a new lease on life.

Carmen Tuohy of Connecticut was diagnosed with hormone driven breast cancer two years ago. She began using cannabis oil one month before chemo and continues to use it to this day with no sign of cancer. When told by doctors that he had just months to live following the detection of brain cancer for the third time, Scott Burgess from the UK was running out of options. His body could not take any more chemo or radiation treatments so he began a detox and started a serious cannabis protocol. After his latest MRI scan a couple of months ago, he was told he has "no active cancer".

Rona Topaz of London, England has had a lifelong struggle with pain from a spinal impairment. And when she was 15, she had a stroke and an ulcer triggered by a poor diet and stressful family life. When she was diagnosed, Lynn Ross of British Columbia had one breast with hormone driven cancer and the other with triple negative cancer. She was scheduled for a double mastectomy but after researching the health benefits of cannabis oil, which she refers to as "tar", she cancelled her surgery and 15 months later was declared clear of cancer. When told he had cancer, former Vietnam vet Bruce Nicholson of Texas was told he had a year to live if he did not undergo removal of his prostate, bladder and rectum. He refused. When Vanessa Peck of Vermont was working in the ER, a young autistic boy was having behavioural problems. The boy's mother rejected conventional medication and gave her son CBD. Twenty minutes later the boy's behaviour was normal. That incident changed Vanessa's life forever and she now helps parents of kids with behavioural issues and recommends cannabis, primarily CBD.

When he was given his terminal diagnosis, Scott Davis of the UK was a father of two boys and his wife was expecting their third child. However, he was a fighter; refusing to give up on himself.
