Prior to her diagnosis, doctors told Lisa Jordan of Ontario, Canada that she was too young to have breast cancer. But she was a fighter and kept pestering until she got the diagnosis of breast cancer that had metastasized to her liver and chest. What was unusual in her diagnosis was that in one breast the cancer was estrogen driven, while the other breast was triple negative. After undergoing chemo, she switched to cannabis to knock it out of her system. This is truly an inspiring story.

Life has been hard for Carson Ness of Ohio who has five genetic disorders that prevent her from absorbing, metabolizing and expelling drugs. Over the years, she has had 12 surgeries including brain surgery. In spite of the pain and anxiety she has a wonderful sense of humour.

When Larrisah was 13 years old she was diagnosed with a brain tumor and underwent conventional medical treatment. Two years later she had a relapse and was given weeks to a couple of months to live. When he was a teenager, James Franko from California began experiencing hip pain. He was eventually diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, a severe form of arthritis, that has fused his spine creating a hunched over posture and reducing his height by four inches. He said he was on the edge of suicide until cannabis came into the picture giving him a reason to live.

Young Murray from Scotland has what's known as Doose Syndrome, which causes frequent seizures in children and loss of muscle control. He spent 242 days in hospital but treating the condition is difficult because it originates in all parts of the brain. Just over two years ago, 28 year old Steve Allgood got the shock of his life when he was diagnosed with terminal brain stem cancer. He was getting married in two days' time. He was given 9 to 18 months to live. His doctor told him there were no treatments to cure his disease and to go home, make memories and enjoy what time he had left. He did not accept that answer and with the use of cannabis oil, and diet changes his most recent brain scan in June of this year shows signs of improvement and no new growth.
