Lessons in Love is the podcast for learning how to manage your insecure attachment styles.

In this episode of Lessons in Love I wanted to talk about my experience with anxiety and low mood. Low self-esteem, insecurity, and abandonment issues get so entwined with mood it is hard to know what is real and what is not.

My lessons have taught me how to look after intense feelings of anxiety and spells of low mood - usually closely linked to relationships & dating experiences.
