Change Your Breathing, Change Your Life with Dan Brule

This week on the show, Rebecca meets the wonderful breathwork pioneer - Dan Brule.

With over 40 years experience inspiring others to embrace their breath, Dan is a modern day teacher and healer. Initiated by Babaji in India, he is a master of Prana Yoga (the Hindu Science of Breath), and of Chi Kung/Qigong (Chinese Medical Breath and Movement Exercises)

He majored in Human Development and Learning and graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Education. In 1985, he designed and completed a Master’s Program in the Healing Arts called “The Breath as A Tool for Health Growth and Change.”

On the show, Rebecca and Dan explore the importance of growing and maintaining your lung capacity, Dan explains why breathwork has finally 'come of age' in the wellness space, and Rebecca asks Dan about his time in Russia teaching olympic athletes.
