Last year, and if I'm being honest, probably before that, I was in a bit of a content slump. I felt like I wasn't having fun making content anymore. And that can sound silly because I run a business, and content is technically work. But I decided to have fun with my content again, and it was exactly what my business needed to start selling again.

Having fun with my content brought in more sales than my usual sales posts did! And when I went down the researching rabbit hole, I found out why. Audiences have changed; they don't want a hard sell anymore. They want a soft sell, and it's easier to have fun and be authentic when you're soft-selling to your audience.

In this week's episode, we're talking about why your content isn't turning into clients or opportunities. There is a reason! It's not just that the economy is bad or people aren't buying coaching anymore. People are buying, and brands are booking talent. My clients are making money from their content right now! Follower count does not mean much when it comes to making money online. Ok, it means a little bit. You can't sell if no one is around. My personal brand has been making money for me for YEARS. This wasn't an accident; this was completely by design. Ok, maybe a little bit of it was accidental, but we learn, grow, and study what works so that we can replicate it. And a little help from a coach or a mentor never hurts.

I've been a coach, a creator, and a public speaker for a few years now, and I wouldn't have gotten there without my audience. At first, I just posted my journey in the tech industry. Your posts are good, but not great for this new algorithm. After being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in 2016, she turned pain into purpose - becoming a certified coach in 2018 and dedicating her practice to guiding women through life's most defining transitions. Rooted in faith and fueled by love for her community, Eileen helps women - especially Hispanic and Latina women - release perfectionism, surrender control, and trust their own intuition. She believes healing is communal, cultural heritage is power, and legacy should be designed - not dictated by circumstance. Through coaching and advocacy, she helps women restore balance to their ecosystems - mind, body, spirit, family, and work - so they can live joyfully, creatively, and unapologetically.
