We welcome onto the show, Dr. Rich Willy, PT, PhD. Rich is an assistant Professor at the University of Montana’s School of Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Science. His research focuses on the treatment of runners and tactical athletes with patellofemoral pain, achilles tendon injuries, and bone stress injuries.
In this episode (Part 1), we talk with Rich about the recent paper that he and his team had published, which is the current Clinical Practice Guidelines for Patellofemoral pain. There are so many gems in this one, so we hope you enjoy it!
