If you don’t already know my guest today, it won’t take you long to discover and fall in love with the incredible energy that she carries. In this episode, I’m joined by Erika Cramer AKA the Queen of Confidence, and she shares from her life, what she does and why she’s become like a big sister to so many women around the globe.

Erika’s story is a big one.  Surrounded by trauma, experiencing huge loss and growing up in the foster system, she pushed through a huge amount of adversity to get to where she is today. Now, she’s a ‘tell it as it is’ confidence coach, empowering women around the world to step into their true selves through her global community, the Sistahood.  

In this episode, Erika takes us through a portion of her journey and how even in the midst of abuse and suffering, she felt the universe holding her up, enabling her to take the next step forward.  She shares about how a drink driving accident was the catalyst for change in her life but how the death of her first husband brought her to rock bottom, eventually leading to the deep inner work that she so desperately needed and which she shares with the world today.

Erika speaks with beautiful affection about her husband Hamish, referring to him as Gandhi, and how his spirituality has been a gentle guiding in her life, always being there as a calming support. Erika talks about the financial difficulties they faced when she first started her coaching career and how she had to be the driving force behind the business, knowing it was what she was called to do.
