Research shows that 1 in 4 Americans over the age of 50 are now caregivers.  It certainly hits home for this podcast.

This week we invited Teepa Snow on the show to talk about caregiving.  Teepa is a dementia care expert who founded Positive Approach to Care (PAC). We talk about what dementia is and how to help the dementia patient while still taking care of ourselves.  It is a fine line to walk and Teepa offers great advice.
