How safe do you feel in life, love, and relationships? Are you running a constant fight/flight response within your nervous system? The cultivation of our own safety and balancing the root chakra starts within; we can learn to create safety for ourselves, starting with three foundational elements:
1) A deep understanding of the nervous system, including how to bring yourself from being in the sympathetic nervous system response (fight/flight) to the parasympathetic response (rest & digest)
