I am deeply passionate about redefining health by anchoring us back in the foundations of true wellness ; faith, mindset & trauma, nutrition, movement, sleep, hydration, connecting with nature and community. When we begin to rebuild our bodies and reconnect the mind, body, and spirit, we are able to step into greater and deeper healing by God's grace.

This week I have my husband Sam on the podcast and we dive into all things creativity. I have gotten the honor & gift of watching the Lord tear off all of the lies, unbelief, and false identities  sam has had and transform him into an entirely different (but most authentic) Sam. This transformation came when Sam stopped denying who he was and instead, began to embrace the way God made Him and expressed freely from that place. We talk about the stigmas and boxes around creativity, we get vulnerable about where we struggle to create honestly, breaking out of cultural pressure, and embracing how God created you to express the imagination and wonder He has placed inside of you.
