Britt Turpack is a mental health advocate based in LA who is spreading the word not only get your coffee get your day but also the mental health tools that have helped her find herself and her life purpose. Britt found herself not even being able to cope with most mundane tasks of life and then from interviewing women on their life purposes found the secret formula - self acceptance. The start of a life full of passion and purpose. 

Britt works with NAMI (national alliance on mental illness), sororities in collages throughout the US educating people on 5 daily practises to encourage and cultivate a life full of passion and purpose. Enjoy this uplifting and reflective conversation. X

Jen is the founder and CEO of Cultivated Entertainment a media, brand, talent consultancy agency they create relationships and unforgettable experiences. They work with the likes of the Drew Barrymore Show, Meta, Youtube, Nike and the list goes on.

In the last 2 years Jen has managed to grow CE to unbelievable heights, take on more staff, have 2 kids and somehow stay grounded. Melbourne Mum Ali Clarke turned her side hustle maternity leave project into a thriving multi million dollar in just over a 2 year period. Ali saw a gap in the market after receiving several dermaplaning facials and the amazing benefits, at $150 a pop this 20 minute treatment was not a regular or affordable luxury for most people hence dermaplaning at home and Bondi Blades was born.

Since the last year of lockdowns and plenty of screen time for all Bondi Blades has had phenomenal growth which Ali attest to Tik Tok and influences which has now helped push the product out to distribution throughout Australia.

Never heard of dermplaning? It's an exfoliating treatment that uses a scalpel or sharp blade to create an even skin tone and texture by removing dead skin cells and the "peach fuzz" hairs from your face. It can leave your skin brighter and smoother. The treatment may soften fine lines and wrinkles and ease hyperpigmentation, or uneven skin tone. It's also used to treat deep acne scars.

So one of us thought it was a great idea to go to one of Australia's most haunted places - Larundal mental asylum, an old abandoned psychiatric hospital in Melbourne Australia. We weren't going ghost hunting alone so who better to call then the ghosbuster himself the world-renowned medium David The Medium.

On the outskirts of Melbourne Larundal has a long list of supernormal activity and has been a very popular destination for paranormal explorers. It was built in 1938 but was interrupted by war and didn't start housing psychiatric patients until 1953. It housed one of Australia's most notorious serial killers and was the birthplace of medical lithium used to treat people with bipolar disorder. The site itself is very eery, sombre - you just feel uneasy. Currently it's in the process of being demolished to make way for houses.

If there was one person that we knew we could find spirits with it was David The Medium. Since talking about our experience with Larundal we learnt that is has been an explored site for many of our friends as we grew up and we chatted with our best mate Christian Rocchi about his eery experience at the same mental asylum.
