Welcome to part 2 of the deconditioning series. We dive deep into finding awareness of your conditioning through the open centers. We know that the first step is AWARENESS of your conditioned stories, so you can separate from them and re-write your narrative. Then you can actually move forward in life. 

Everything you think is a story and we are running off them. They can profoundly shape who we are & the decisions that we make. The problem arises if you identify & believe your stories that they are stopping you from living a life true to you.

You are not your story. 
 They are not your story about them. 
 The world is not your story about the world.

All the ways you think you need to be, how quickly it has to happen, how it has to look - all of it is just stories. And most based on the conditioning you received.

We need to understand what is not innately ours so that we can evolve into the individuals we were intended to be. I go through each of the centers, highlighting their unique themes and offering insight on how to overcome conditioning within each center.

SHE'S BACK! My incredible best friend, Retreat Facilitator specializing in Human Design, Breathwork, and Somatic Practices -  Jelena Holodkova.

I had the honour of sitting down in person to chat with Jelena about all that 2023 brought her - a lot of challenges, beautiful experiences, and a whole lot of 1/3 lessons.  She highlights the importance of questioning our own narratives, allowing ourselves to embody contradictions, and stepping bravely into the unknown.

Jelena navigated through big life challenges including loss, grief, heartbreak and feeling disconnected from her home in Mexico. Jelena is the epitome of an incredibly resilient, embodied, powerful and graceful woman who shares with us how she is navigating the process and creating big change in 2024. She shares how our darkest moments often amplify our capacity for joy.

This heart-to-heart is more than just a sharing of hardships; it's a testament to the transformative power of embracing every emotional experience life presents us. This is for the person who is in the MIDST of big change and unsure of where they are going, but trusting their intuitive pulls. Life is presenting us with a series of clues and opportunities, we just get to decide whether we want to take them. Sometimes we just need 20 seconds of courage to make the change!

This one is all on 'deconditioning' - the process of releasing conditioned beliefs and expectations that do not serve our true expression of self. Aka the whole point of Human Design.

I share my own personal journey on moving through the Deconditioning process and how it will liberate you to embrace your authentic self by challenging societal pressures, familial expectations, and internalized beliefs. Your reality is a product of the stories you tell yourself, so choose wisely! 

I discuss how you know if you are operating on your conditioning and how you can begin to untangle and rewrite your narrative. It is about tuning into your intuition and inner voice, rather than succumbing to external pressures. This is a big year of change. Now more than ever we need to trust our internal intuitive guidance, lean into our Human Design, leverage our gifts and step into our power.
