Today I share on some lessons and knowings I would implement and live by if I were to rewind and start over.  Obviously I wouldn't change a thing, or maybe I would change a few! Mostly it is around your mindset, intuition and what I would trust now. Hindsight is 20/20!I speak on risking more,  not pedastooling people, staying in your own lane & not assuming what other people think, sharing before your audience comes, finding freedom in the unknown, ways to dissolve your fear. Plus much much more. This is what I wish I had heard and trusted before I started. Would have saved a lot of time, procrastination and worry.

If you feel like you are in the “in-between” or asking yourself, “Who even am I? What am I doing? Where am I going? What is my place in the world?”. You’re not the only one. There are moments in life where we feel neither quite here nor there — having neither departed nor arrived. Where you know what you don’t want, but don’t yet know what you do. 

We can feel a pressure to have life all figured out in a perfect box with bow. But there has to be an element of unknown & uncertainty if you are living your truest, intuitive life. Otherwise, it would be copying another or following your “should” of conditioning.

Just remember life isn’t something to ‘figure out’ from the mind, but allow your body to begin to show you, in time, in its own way. Lean into trusting your authority today, without it needing to prove for tomorrow. We are all just constantly evolving more and more into our deepest, truest selves.

If you find yourself in this space (been THERE and also know I will be there time and time again), you are supported, loved and will land on two grounded feet again. There will be times that we must walk through the space of limbo to get there. 

It’s all about your perspective: whether it is negative or a fruitful place of potential. For now, love yourself through your ‘in betweens’ with the knowingness that it’s all okay. It’s all a part of life, and you will be so grateful you held yourself through it. Your time will come again, and it’s already now, right here when none of it makes sense.

Today is a special one!! My good friend Holistic Therapist Alisha Weston is on to share about bridging the gap between Psychology and Spirituality. Alisha has an extensive background in both clinical psychology and holistic therapies, incorporating human design,  EFT,  Reiki, kinesiology, breathwork, yoga, and more into her therapeutic work, aiming to provide a pathway to authentic healing and self-discovery. 

Alisha shares her journey from burn out in her psychology practice to finding her way of a fulfilled work life by embracing and integrating her intuitive and spiritual gifts into her work.  She opens up about moving through self-sabotage, shattering your own glass ceilings, through the fears or assumptions of judgments, that often accompany the journey towards embracing your authentic self. This honest discussion sheds light on the inner battles faced when stepping outside conventional norms and the transformative growth that comes from pushing through discomfort. And how most often than not, you are met with unwavering support and feel so connected with your true expression and purpose!

Alisha's story is not only inspiring, but a call for anyone feeling constrained by societal expectations or professional boundaries.

This episode is on the very human feeling of doubt. Doubting ourselves, our decisions,  our capabilities, our value to the world. But the thing is, your doubts aren't truth. 

Self doubt is just fear to protect you from loss, failure or rejection. Yet the irony is, doubt makes you lose out on all you could gain by trying. They are fear-fuelled stories you create about who you are, what you’re worth and what you’re capable of achieving. Most often than not, your doubts are the opposite of what you should believe.

I talk about how this protective mechanism hinders our potential, means that people that need our services are left unhealed, and your dreams are left unactualised. It is so important to not believe your doubts, and instead make aligned action.

Make Your Mission Bigger Than Your Fear. Why take the chance and move through the doubt? For a bigger reason than yourself. What would the empowered, self-believing version of you move through the world? Do exactly that, because that's your true essence, not the fear blocking it. Tell your doubts you’re not here for a safe life, but the biggest life you are capable of. Start to make aligned action & show your body that you can step into the unknown. This is where your confidence is built - disproving your mind’s stories by doing the scary and surviving, or better yet thriving.

If right now you are extra overthinking, self doubt or asking “what the hell am I even doing?”. Especially if you're in periods of change & transition. This is the episode for you!

Be kind to yourself, you're human in these times. This does not mean your project, work or people are wrong for you. Let this moment of questioning pass and stay rooted in your knowing & vision. Don't burn it all down. Your inner intuition is your guide, not your overthinking monkey mind.
