ENERGY CENTER SERIES: SACRAL.

This is the second episode in the Energy Center Series, deep diving into the sacral center. All on pleasure, desire, creation, life force energy, intuitive action and REST.  So much of the world is in their Not Self conditioning of the sacral center - always trying to keep up, be 24/7 productive, overwork, ignore their body. Where does that leave us? Burnt out, resentful and perpetually frustrated.
