Don't forget to stop and smell the roses!!!

This is something I think we need reminding of every now and again.

As well as other what may be cliches I wanted to share some insights with you today after 25 years in business.

Worry about the things you can control.

Be present.

Look back to see how far you have come.

Take time to rest.

Figure out what brings you joy.

What is your true why.

Celebrate the big and "little" wins!!

And are you running your business by someone else's rules?  

And so much more.

I cover this and a number of other lessons in this episode today.
