This week we examine who has to attend the closing and what do you do if the buyer or seller cannot attend the closing.  One of the good things that came out of Covid was Zoom and the new flexibility this platform provides for closings. If you find yourself in a situation where your buyer or seller cannot attend the closing there are now  so many options for the parties.
