In light of the monumental verdict in the Sitzer/Burnette case Buyer Agency Contracts are more important than ever.  You can no longer half-a** these agreements. You should take extra care to demonstrate your knowledge and to fully explain not only your duties and obligations but also those of the buyer/client.
