In this solo episode, I share the transformative experience of a recent retreat, highlighting the profound impact of spending two days in complete silence. Initially skeptical, I wondered how this retreat could live up to its magical, life-changing reputation. But the reality exceeded my expectations, leaving me deeply moved and enlightened. I also delve into the journey of launching my Hot & Healthy Accelerator program. After 35 years of exclusively training women in person and running a successful brick-and-mortar business for 15 years, transitioning to an online platform was a significant leap of faith. Despite the fear and uncertainty, I trusted my intuition and didn't let fear or ego stand in the way of helping women who needed me.
