How are you getting employees in your company? How are you keeping them? I cant grow a business because people suck and you can't rely on them...

I have heard all of the above statements before. These problems could all go away by hiring the RIGHT people. If you want the right people you must attract top talent. That is done by giving them a process like any multi-million dollar company would. Make their hiring legit and make them believe they are heading into a position to truly grow, not just collect a paycheck! I hope you found some value in this one.
