Reach Out Via Text!

In todays episode I continue to unpack the things that entrepreneurs commonly make mistakes at. I firmly believe this is one of them. Growing too quickly is something that I have seen personally wreck the life of a business owner and his family. If you can't manage the growth you are seeing then you must either pump the breaks on the sales funnel and stunt the business growth or you just fall so far behind that you get stressed and start to worry about quality control, attitudes, etc.. This is all if you don't have a system to manage these incidents. Build the system, manage the system, let the system manage the people.
