Taylor Rae is an expert on this. She owned a business that she committed herself to in every way possible- working 80 hour weeks, getting little to no sleep... all in an attempt to ‘hustle’ and ‘grow.’.

This overwhelming lifestyle led her to have a break down at 25.  She was grinding and hustling to her own detriment.
